Small and mid-sized businesses are hopping on the virtualization bandwagon. A recent study indicates that a healthy number of SMBs have virtualized some aspect of their IT environments. Many say they are already enjoying some benefits they anticipated but that those benefits carry some tradeoffs in complexity, software licensing issues, lack of skilled resources and new management hurdles.
